2 bananas peeled
2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
2 cups coconut water
2 tablespoons omega 3 smoothie mixer
This fruit smoothie combines bananas, pineapple and coconut water, bringing a taste of the tropics to your table. Our smoothie mixer contributes healthful omega 3s to the blend.
In a blender, combine the bananas, pineapple, coconut water and smoothie mixer and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Makes about 4 cups.
